摘要
提出了一种新的电阻炉接线方式———延边三角形接线。介绍了用PLC对电阻加热炉温度的实时控制和检测系统 ,实时数据打印 ,越限声、光、图报警和历史温度数据的记录与打印。重点介绍了硬件的组成与软件的实现。
In this paper,a kind of connection method—extend-triangle connection was introduced. Then,the real-time control and detect system of resistance-heated furnace based on PLC was described. It can print the real-time data,alert in sound,light,plot when it beyond the limit,record and print the history temperature data. The hardware and the implementation of software were emphatically introduced.
