论今后冶金节能的对策和途径 被引量:2

ON THE FUTURE COUNTERMEASURES FOR ENERGY-SAVING OF METALLURGICAL INDUSTRY

摘要 “七五”中期以来,我国冶金工业节能幅度明显减少,年节能率平均降到2%以下,进入“八五”这几个月里,甚至有相当一部分企业能耗出现回升.本文根据目前节能工作现状,用系统节能的观点,从以下几大方面论述了今后冶金节能的对策和途径:调整生产结构,减少中间生产过程能耗;调整企业结构,减少费能型生产的比例,逐步提高冶金工业整体素质;推进技术进步,发展节能型冶金工业;开发应用高层次的节能管理方法,深挖节能潜力。 Since the middle of the seventh five-year, the energy saved in china's metallurgical industry has been decreasing largely and the energy-saving rate in one year has gone down to less than 2% on average. At the beginning months of the eighth five-year energy consumed in some enterprises even relapsed. In this paper, from the present situations of energy-saving and from an angle of systematical energy-saving, future ways to cave energy in metallurgical industry are discussed with regard to respects: adjusting production structure to reduce energy consumption in the intermidiate processes; regulating enterprise structure to cut down production wasteful of energy and gradually raise whole quality of metallurgical industry; pushing technology advancing to develop energy-saving type of metallurgical industry; adopting advanced energy-saving management method to dig up energy-saving potential.
