注意工序在时间和空间上衔接的热送热装,是现代钢铁厂普遍重视的一条重要节能途径.本文介绍了鱼雷罐车输送高炉铁水的意义和设备状况,钢锭和连铸坯热送热装的型式与内容,国内外应用情况,能耗情况以及在进一步推广应用中应该采取的措施等等。
The hot charging and hot sending, which emphasize on mutual connections between processes with respect to time and space are an important way for modern iron and steel works to save energy. This paper presents an introduction to the significance and the equipment of transporting hot metal by torpeds, the ways of hot charging and hot sending of ingot and con-cast bloom, its applications and energy consumptions home and abroad, and the measures that should be taken to extend its application.
