电针配合促通技术对急性期脑卒中患者步行功能的影响

Electroacupuncture in Combination with Promote Treatment Technique for the Recovery of Ambulation in the Patients with Acute Apoplexy

目的 :观察电针配合促通技术对急性期脑卒中患者步行功能的影响。方法 :病程在 2周内的偏瘫患者 60例随机分为 2组 ,均给予常规药物治疗 ,综合组配合电针及促通技术为主治疗 ,促通组仅采用促通技术治疗。治疗前及治疗 2月后均采用Fugl Meyer及Lindmark指数评定 ,并对恢复独立行走患者采用目测法进行步态分析。结果 :2组治疗后Fugl Meyer及Lindmark指数评定比较差异有显著性 ,综合组优于促通组 ,并且恢复独立步行的患者步态比较 ,综合组优于促通组。结论

Objective: To investigate the effect of e lect roacupuncture in combination with promote treatment technique for the recovery of ambulation in the patients with acute apoplexy. Methods: Sixty patients with new onset of acute apoplexy within two weeks were divided into two groups: treat ment group and control group. The treatment group received electroacupuncture in combination with promote treatment technique and the control group only promot e treatment technique. The patients were assessed by Fugl-Meyer and Lindmark in dices before the treatment and 2 months after treatment. With eyeballing measure ment the gaits of the patients who could step independently were analyzed. Resul ts: There was a statistically significant difference in Fugl-Meyer and Lindmar k indices between the two groups. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture in combination with “promote treatment technique” is an effective way to the treatment for hemiplegy. It can promote the recovery of ambulation of the patients with acute apoplexy.
