Effect of Mental Treatment on Central Serious Chorioretinopathy

探讨心理治疗对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变治疗及预后的影响。方法 :60例中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者随机分为对照组和实验组 ,分别给予常规治疗和常规治疗合并心理治疗。随访 3个月 ,观察 2种治疗的有效率和复发率。结果 :实验组的治疗有效率和降低复发率均优于对照组。结论 :心理治疗对中心浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的治疗及预后十分有利 ,可在临床上大力推广。

Objective:To study the effect of mental t re atment on treatment and prognosis of central serious chorioretinopathy. Methods :Sixty patients with central serious chorioretinopathy were divided into two gr oups randomly: the control group and the experimental group. The former received general treatment and the latter received mental treatment besides general trea tment. The effective rate and recurrence of two groups was observed after a foll ow-up period of 3 months. Results:The effective rate was greater but the rate of recurrence was lower in the experimental group than in the control group with the differences being significant between two groups. Conclusion:Mental treatm ent is effective for central serious chorioretinopathy and could be popularized in clinical practice.
