由于流化床具有固体粒子混合好和传热速率高的特点,对于流化床与浸入表面间传热的研究一直受到广泛的重视。但由于流化床传热机制的复杂性,流化床的传热优化设计仍然是困难的,目前基本上是在经验基础上进行.了解流化床与浸入表面间的传热机制对于流化床的设计和经验关联式的理解都是非常重要的。本文回顾和综述了已发表的主要传热机制和传热模型,以及流化床传热过程参数的确定和选择方法.
Due to the advantages of high heat transfer rates and good particle mixing, there is currently considerable interest in the study of heat transfer in fluidized beds. However, design for optimum heat transfer remains uncertain and essentially empirical, because of the complication of heat transfer mechanisms. An understanding of mechanisms of bed to surface heat transfer is essential to sound design and interpretation of empirically derived correlations. Here this paper will review and criticize the major heat transfer mechanisms, models and the method of selection and determination of heat transfer parameters that have been proposed.
