利用光学参量振荡与倍频方法产生高功率宽调谐蓝光 被引量:1

摘要 全固态蓝光激光源在高密度光学存储,生物与医学诊断,激光彩色显示,水下成像和水下通讯等方面均有重要的应用价值,因而受到人们的极大重视.我们用光学参量振荡与二次谐波技术,获得了瓦级全固态宽调谐蓝光激光.其中,光学参量振荡器的信号光输出波长范围为780~1036nm,最大输出平均功率高达9.4W;蓝光的调谐范围从450~492nm,最大平均功率为1.3W.
