摘要
本文提出了连续加热炉钢温最优控制模型,其实质是离线确定钢坯最佳升温曲线并实现在线最优控制。模拟运行表明,模型具有良好的控制效果,可用于加热炉计算机控制系统中。
Optimum Control system is presented for billet heating in reheating furnace. The main feature of the system is off-line setting and on-line realization of optinum heating temperature profile of billet. Simulation results show that this system is convergent, effective, and controllable for the dynamic processes such as the delay, the change of steel kind and steel size, and applicable to computer control systems of reheating furnace.
