摘要
活性染料的母体结构是酸性或直接染料 ,研究活性艳红X 3B和活性黑KN B在一定条件下水解后对羊毛的可染性 ,对环保很有意义。本项目利用正交优化设计 ,确定水解活性艳红X 3B和活性黑KN B染羊毛的最佳工艺。研究表明 ,水解活性染料在酸性条件下染羊毛 ,具有较高的上染率和染色深度 ,各项皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度均优于结构相似的酸性染料对羊毛的染色。
The dyeabilities of wool with reactive scarlet X-3B and reactive black KN-B hydrolyzed under certain conditions were investigated in this paper. Via orthogonal tests, the optimized process with hydrolyzed reactive dyes was obtained. The results proved that wool dyeing with the hydrolyzed dyes under acidic conditions could get higher exhaustion and depth, color fastness to rubbing and soaping are superior to acid dyes with similar chemical structures.
