摘要
电脉冲孕育是对液态金属施加一脉冲电场处理 ,使液态金属的结构发生变化 ,利用液态金属结构的遗传性来改变铸态金属组织的一种技术。在重钢 15 0mm× 2 10mm方坯连铸时对中间包电工钢钢水连续进行电脉冲孕育处理的试验表明 ,对钢水实施电脉冲孕育处理后 ,连铸坯等轴晶比例从未经处理 19%提高到88% ,未经处理铸坯存在大量粗大柱状晶 ,处理后铸坯组织主要为细小等轴晶 ,并消除了晶间裂纹 ,因此电脉冲孕育处理显著改善了铸坯组织。
Electric pulse inoculation is a technology by a pulse electric field treated molten metal to modify structure of molten metal and using inheritance of molten metal structure to modify the as-cast structure of metal. The test to continuously treat liquid electrical sheet steel in tundish during concasting 150 mm×210 mm billet at Chongqing Iron and Steel has been carried out. The results showed that by electric pulse treatment of liquid steel, the rate of equiaxed zone in concasting billet increased to 88% from original un-treated 19%; there was large amount of coarse columnar crystal in un-treated casting billet while the main structure of casting billet treated by electric pulse was fine equiaxed grain and the intercrystalline crack was avoided, therefore the structure of casting billet was improved obviously by electric pulse treatment.
