摘要 木文首次提出了高浓度水煤浆管道输送搅拌减阻的思想。在一定的合理假设下,根据触变模型和水煤浆的管内流动特性,建立了搅拌减阻率数学模型,并通过实验验证了其正确性。研究证实了搅拌减阻的可行性,为高浓度水煤浆管道输送技术和非牛顿流体流动减阻科学的发展,提供了理论和实验依据. An idea of drag reduction by pre-stirring on pipeline transportation of highly loaded coal-water slurry is firstly proposed in this paper. Under some reasonable hypotheses, a mathematical model of drag reduction ate by pre-stirring is established,according to thixotiopic model and flow properties of highly loaded coal-water slurry in a pipeline,and its exactness is testified through experiments. The feasibility of drag reduction by stirring is proven through study, and the resu'ts provides theoretical and experimental bases for the development of pipeline transportation technologies of highly loaded coal-water slurry and the science of drag reduction of flow for non-newtonian fluids.
