Aluminum nitride(AlN)ceramic is a kind of high-tech. ceramics with good properties This paper summarized preparation of aluminum nitride including powder preparation, modeling,sintering and its application in composites. It pointed out that a lot of research work should carried out in the field of aluminum nitride composites and their applications in order to meet the requirements of science and technology development for materials.
