煤焦油加工节能途径的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,我国煤焦油年产量已经超过200万t,为了从中提取出有利用价值的组分,必须对它进行加工分离.当前我国煤焦油加工不仅分散在小规模装置上进行,而且用了全常压连续蒸馏的生产工艺,致使平均能耗高达1.09~1.26GJ/t。本文探讨了实现集中加工和改进生产工艺两个节能途径的优点(节能20%,年经济效益2000万元)和实施方案。实现这一方案,其结果已经远远超出了节能范畴,既有经济效益,又有社会效益。 In recent years, year's coal tar production of China has surpassed 2 Mt. In order to extract things useful from coal tar, it is necessary to process and separate it. At present time not only does China's coal tar processing scatters on small equipment, but also normal pressure continuous still process use. As a result, average energy consumption is as high as 1.09~1. 26 GJ/t. In the paper, the advantage and the implementation scheme of the two energy-saving methods of the centralized processing and the improving production process, are investigated. The results of implementation of the scheme exceed the scope of energy-saving. It has both economic and social benefit.
