摘要
纯氧顶吹转炉煤气回收是重大的节能和环保措施。由于转炉煤气发生的断续性、毒性大和含尘多,致使很多企业的转炉煤气还未加以回收和利用。本文以鞍钢安全回收了转炉煤气的经验,分析了大部分企业转炉未回收煤气的原因.并阐述了为安全回收煤气应采取的措施。
Recovery of LD gas is a significant energy-saving and environment protection measure. But many enterprises have not made use of LD gas because LD gas is intermittent and poisonous and contains a lot of dust. In this paper, the reason why a majority of enterprises have not made use of LD gas is analysed and the measures that should be taken to recover the gas safely are illustrated according to the experience of of A1SC in safe recovery of LD gas.
