邢钢近期动力节能技术的进步

摘要 动力深入到企业生产的各个工序和众多生产环节,所以动力节能就有更广阔的领域和更广泛的意义.本文介绍的邢台钢铁厂在高炉鼓风机上全部采用液力偶合器、冷却水系统采用水质稳定技术以及在煤气综合利用上多方面着手的一些成功尝试,对同类型企业有借鉴作用,其节能技术成果有普遍的推广意义。 Since power is widely used in various processes and numerous links in the production chain, power energy-saving has broader field and further-reaching significance. This paper introduces some successful practices tried by Xingtai I & S Works, including using hydrodynamic clutches in blast blowers of all blast furnace, adopting water quality stabilizing techniques in cooling water system and gas comprehensive utilization and so on, which can be spread as energy-saving technique achievement and can be used by similar enterprises for reference.
