摘要
建筑地基规范中规定,建筑物沉降缝宽度的取值只与建筑物层数有关而与倾斜量无关——事实证明此说不合理.现根据相邻基础共同作用的理论,着重分析沉降缝位置、基础宽度、相邻基础及偏心荷载对沉降缝对倾的影响,建立相邻基础和偏心荷载作用下,不同地基上的刚性基础沉降与倾斜关系,提出通过计算基础沉降,预估相邻建筑的对倾量,进而确定沉降缝宽度的简化方法.最后就2个算例分别用简化方法与其他方法进行比较分析.
In the Chinese code for design of building foundations, settlement joint width of buildings is only related to the height of building,but in fact it also has something to do with inclination. Influence factors of inclination in settlement joint are analyzed, in terms of two adjacent foundations interaction theory,such as location of settlement joint, width of foundation, adjacent foundations,and load eccentricity . Relations between settlements and inclinations of the rigid foundation in varied subsoil are found under the influence of adjacent foundations and load eccentricity. Inclinations can be gotten after settlements of the rigid foundation calculated, then width of settlement joint of buildings can further be simply determined. Comparison between the simplified method and others is made by combining the two cases.
