摘要 针对转炉煤气回收系统改造期间煤气平衡困难的现状,最大限度利用现有设施,适当增加少量必要设施,进行无气柜方式的转炉煤气回收,一定程度上缓解了三钢的煤气平衡的缺口,减少了因煤气平衡问题带来的压产损失,同时减少了向大气的排放. Difficulties with gas supply balance are usually encountered during reconstructing the recovery system of converter gas, thus leading to a shortage of the Company's gas supply. This unbalance in gas supply is overcome, the loss incurred by the decreased production caused by the gas shortage diminished, and the gas exhaust to air reduced, all by employing a recovery process in which no gas tank is used, and only a few new necessary facilities are added, but with the potentials of the existing facilities explored to a maximum extent.
