双波长薄层色谱扫描法测定苦参散中苦参碱的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :建立苦参散中苦参碱含量的测定方法。方法 :以硅胶G为吸附剂 ,氯仿 甲醇 浓氨水(1 0∶0 6∶0 3)为展开剂。改良碘化铋钾为显色剂 ,应用双波长薄层色谱扫描法 ,选择λS=5 1 1nm ,λR=6 90nm测定苦参散中苦参碱。结果 :回归方程为Y =1 4 36X +5 0 1 99(r=0 998) ,线性范围为 0 5 4 2 5~ 4 340 0 μg。 结论 :此法操作简便 ,结果可靠 ,可用于苦参散中苦参碱的含量测定。加样回收率为 99 35 % ,RSD为 1 6 2 % (n =3)。 Objective: To establish a method of determining matrine content in Kushen San. Methods: The scanning method of dual wavelength thin layer chromatography was adopted, in which silica gel G was used as a adsorbent, methyl chloride methanol concentrate ammonia water (10∶0 6∶0 3) as a developer, and modified bismuth potassium iodide as a chromogenic agent. The λ S was 511 nm and the λ R 690 nm. Results: A regression equation of Y=1 436X+501 99 ( r =0 998) was obtained. The linear range was 0 542 5~4 340 0 μg.Conclusion: The method is easy to operate and the results are consistant. It can be used to determine the matrine content in Kushen San. The entry recovery and the relative standard deviation are 99 35% and 1 62% ( n=3 ) respectively.
