某院1999～2002年抗精神病药物的应用分析

Analysis of Clinic Uses of Antipsychotics in Our Hospital During 1999～2002

目的 :了解本院抗精神病药的应用状况及发展趋势。方法 :采用金额排序和频度分析方法对本院 1999～ 2 0 0 2年抗精神病药的应用情况进行统计分析。结果 :抗精神病药的年用药金额及治疗日数 (DDDs)逐年提高 ,2 0 0 2年各种抗精神病药年用药金额及DDDs分别是 1999年的 2 .15倍和 1.37倍。氯氮平、氯丙嗪、舒必利、奋乃静的DDDs始终分别列在前四位。非典型抗精神病药年用金额及DDDs增长幅度较大 ,其中氯氮平、利培酮临床使用率较高 ,其DDDs始终列第一和第五位 ,所占金额比例也较大。结论 :非典型抗精神病药的使用有逐年上升的趋势 ,应用前景广阔 ;尚需开发出疗效确切、价格低廉、毒副作用小的抗精神病药。

Objective: To investigate the using situation and future trend of antipsychotics.Method: The antipsychotics used in our hospital from 1999 to 2002 were analysed by using the methods of order of sum of money and DDDs. Result: The sum of money and DDDs of antipsychotics had been increased year by year, and the sum of money and DDDs of antipsychotics used in 2002 were 2.15 times and 1.37 times compared with 1999, respectively. The DDDs of clozapine, chlorpromazine, sulpiride and perphenazine a were at the front of the fourth place. Conclusion: TAs will be one of the first choice in the treatment of schizophrenia. the future of clinic uses of NTAs will be wide and bright.It is important and necessary to speed up new medicines with reliable effectiveness, low price and mild side effect and to improve the rationality and effectiveness of the drug used.
