摘要
目的 :建立复方战骨搽剂中柚皮素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法Nova PakC18(4μm ,30 0mm×3.9mm)色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 乙酸 (46∶5 3∶1) ,检测波长 2 88nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 .5 1～ 2 .5 5 μg ,r =0 .9993,平均回收率为 98.3% ,RSD为 0 .8% (n =6 )。结论 :该方法灵敏、准确 ,可作为复方战骨搽剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of naringin in Compound Zhangu Liniments.Method: RP-HPLC method was used,Nova-pakC 18column(4 μm,300 mm× 3.9 mm), methanol-water-acetic acid(46﹕53﹕1)as mobile phase,detecting wavelength was at 288 nm.Result: The calibration curve was linear within a range of 0.51～ 2.55 μg, r= 0.999 3,the average recovery was 98.3%,RSD was 0.8%(n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and suitable,and can be used for the quality control.
