发电机是高炉顶压回收装置的主要组件之一,对于降低设备投资、缩短回收年限具有重要的作用。应用异步发电机,价格可比同步发电机降低约40～50％。考虑在有足够无功功率的电网中应用异步发电机是比较合理的;即使在无功功率不足的电网中,采用自激磁电容方式,经过经济比较,也是使用异步发电机为好。

The generator is one of the chief components in top-pressure recovery turbine of BF, which plays an important role in reducing the equipment capital cost and investment recovering period. This paper concludes that an induction generator is better than the synchronous one in electric sources of both sufficient and insufficient supplying reactive powers.Al-though, in the latter case, a self-exciting condenser is required. In addition, the cost of induction generator is 40-50% less than that of the synchronous one.
