Bases for Uygur Words and Expressions

新的发明和事物在不断地被人类创造 ,新的思想和概念在不断地形成 ,这一切都需要新词来反映 ,而新词的命名需要有一定的依据 ,这就是词的理据。词的理据具有浓厚的民族特色 ,反映同一事物的词在不同民族语言中有不同的理据。维吾尔语对事物指称的依据是语音、形体、感知。

In the course of constantly inventing and creating new objects, exploring new ideas and forming new concepts, man need new words to express all them. The name assignment for new words needs certain evidence, which is the base for words with rich national character. The words for the same things have different bases in different national languages. The bases for reference to things in Uygur language are shown in the four aspects of phonetics, formation, semantic meaning and grammar.
