钛铝基合金钎焊技术的研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 钛铝基合金是一种具有实用前景的轻质高温结构材料,并有可能取代现役的镍基高温合金而成为未来航空航天领域重要的高温结构材料,而钛铝基合金的实际工程应用必然涉及到自身及其与其它金属构件的连接问题。简要叙述了钛铝基合金连接技术的研究状况,主要针对钛铝基合金的钎焊技术研究现状进行了较为详细的介绍,指出进一步开展钛铝基合金的钎焊工艺和基础理论的研究,对推动钛铝基合金实用化具有重要的意义。 TiAl-based alloy is a kind of lightweight and high-temperature constructional material.It might be the substitute of the active Ni-based high-temperature alloy and become the important material in aviation,aerospace and related industries in the future.In the practical engineering application of TiAl-based alloy,the joining between themselves or with other metal components are necessarily involved.In this paper,the research status about joining of TiAl-based alloys are narrated briefly,especially aimed at the brazing technology.It is showed that the more research about brazing process and basic theories have important significations to the application of the TiAl-based alloy.
