星点设计-效应面法优化SEBS改性沥青工艺参数 被引量:4

摘要 本研究应用星点设计 效应面优化法对SEBS改性沥青工艺进行优化。在考察SEBS含量、搅拌时间和搅拌温度对沥青性能影响的基础上,描绘了影响因素的效应面,并建立了相应的数学模型,得出改性沥青的最佳工艺参数。实验验证表明星点设计 效应面法适用于优化SEBS改性沥青工艺参数的研究。 This research applies central composite design and response surface methodology to optimize the process parameters of SEBS modified asphalt.A response surface of influential factors is established based on the experiments of SEBS contents,mixing time and mixing temperature.Some nonlinear equations are fitted to the data.Finally,a satisfactory process parameter is obtained to manufacture SEBS modified asphalt.The experimental results show that the central composite design plus response surface methodology is suitable to the optimization research.
