超声刀联合双极电凝在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术中的应用价值

The use of the ultrasonic scalpel combining bipolar coagulation in laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的 探讨超声刀联合双极电凝在腹腔镜下进行全子宫切除的可行性与应用价值。方法 选择子宫肌瘤患者 3 0例 ,采用腹腔镜下全子宫切除 ,随机分为三组 ,超声刀联合双极电凝组 10例 ,单独应用超声刀组 10例 ,单独应用双极电凝组 10例。比较三组间手术时间 ,术中出血量 ,术后排气时间 ,术后住院时间。结果 超声刀联合双极电凝组在手术时间 ,术中出血量方面优于单独超声刀组、双极电凝组 ;在术后排气时间 ,术后住院时间方面 ,三组间差异不显著。结论 腹腔镜下应用超声刀联合双极电凝切除子宫安全可靠 ,行之有效。

Objective To investigate the possibility and clinical value of the ultrasonic scalpel combining bipolar coagulation in laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 30 cases with hysteromyoma were divided into three groups at random before operation.10 cases were operated by the ultrasonic scalpel combining bipolar coagulation in group Ⅰ.10 patients were performed hysterectomy with the ultrasonic scalpel in group Ⅱ and 10 patients with the bipolar coagulation in group Ⅲ.The operation time,amount of bleeding,passage of gas by anus,and hospitalized time of postoperation of the three groups were compared.Results The ultrasonic scalpel combining bipolar coagulation group was superior to the other two groups in the operation time,amount of bleeding.Conclusion It is safe and reliable that the hysterectomy was performed by the ultrasonic scalpel combining bipolar coagulation in laparoscopy.
