合肥市1999～2000年441例5岁以下儿童死亡分析

An analysis on death causes of 441 children under 5 years from 1999～2000 in Hefei area

目的 为了掌握合肥市 5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因 ,以制定切实可行的防范措施。方法 根据《中国五岁以下儿童监测实施方案》对合肥市 1999～ 2 0 0 0年 44 1例 5岁以下儿童死亡原因资料进行统计分析。结果 死亡原因前 6位为早产儿、新生儿窒息、肺炎、先天性心脏病、溺水、意外窒息。结论 降低 5岁以下儿童死亡率关键在于做好孕期保健及提高产科质量 。

Objective To analyze the major death causes of the children under 5 year old in order to enact the feasible preventive measures Methods The death causes of 441 children less than 5 years from 1999 to 2000 year in Hefei area were analyzed according to 《Implementation plan of monitoring the children less than five years old in China》. Results The major causes of death were premature?newborn choke?pneumonia?congenital heart disease?drown and accidental choke by turns Conclusion The key points of reducing the mortality rate of children under 5 years are to do well in health care during pregnancy and prevent the accidents.
