国防科研合同中的利润分析及计量

AN ANALYSIS OF THE PROFITS OF NATIONAL DEFENSE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGIC CONTRACT ITEMS AND ITS CALCULATION

摘要文章针对国防科研合同的特点,指出了对科研合同项目利润进行计量的必要性,分析了目前合同利润计量方法及其存在的问题,提出了一种新的基于作业困难度的国防科研合同利润计量方法。
