分析焦炉煤气加压的工艺流程特点 ,运用变频调速技术对焦炉煤气加压机运行控制系统进行改造 ,从而实现对煤气加压机与运转的自动调节 ,有效稳定焦炉煤气主管压力 ,保证安全运行 ,并且收到节约能源的效果。

The characteristics of the process flow route of the coke oven gas pressuring machine are analyzed and the operating control system of the machine modified with the frequency variable speed regulation technique.As the results the automatic regulation on the running of the machine,the consistency of pressure on the main pipe line of the coke oven gas and operating safety are guaranteed and the results of energy saving achieved as well.
