电控发动机出厂热试装置的数据通讯开发

Develepment in Data Acquisition System for Hot Test Equipment of Electronics Controlled Engine

出厂热试是发动机出厂前的重要质量检测手段,通过自行研制的通讯卡与测控系统的CAN总线、发动机电控单元的CIASS2总线的数据通讯,实现了电控发动机热试的数据记录与在线监视。大量电控发动机的热试结果表明本数据通讯系统工作稳定可靠。

Hot test is an impor ant way of engine quality checking.In this paper,a development about hot test of electronics controlled engine has been carried out,therefore a new data acquisition system based on communication with CAN bus and CLASS 2 bus has been designed.Lots of electronics controlled engine hot tests show that the two data acquisition systems work steadily and reliably.
