摘要 分析了影响柴油机技术状况的曲轴输出扭矩、气缸压缩压力、燃油消耗量、曲轴瞬时转速、高压油管压力波、上止点和机体振动等主要参数,研究了各参数的实车不解体检测方案及其特征量的提取及修正方法。通过大量实车试验,得到了各参数特征量随柴油机使用期的变化规律,证明这些参数可用以对柴油机技术状况进行评估。 This paper has analyzed the key characteristic parameters that influencing the technical state of diesel engine,such as the crankshaft torque,the compression pressure in the cylinder,the fuel consumption ratio under zero load,the instantaneous speed of crankshaft,the pressure wave of the high pressure line,the top dead center and the vibration of the diesel body.This paper has also studied the methods of measuring the parameters in the nondestructive way,the methods of extracting the characteristics and the methods of correcting the characteristics.After testing large-scale armored vehicles,the change laws of these characterisyics along with the working time of diesel were got.The result shows that these characteristics can be used to judge the technical state of the diesel engine.
