摘要
叙述了柔性转子影响系数法的平衡原理、平衡步骤和大型旋转机械振动烈度的品质评定标准,圆满完成了一个大修后的N102JHP汽轮机转子的高速动平衡试验,效果良好。研究表明:高速动平衡是降低汽轮机转子振动的一种有效方法。
This paper briefly narrates the balance principle, balance steps of influence coefficient method of a flexible rotor and quality judgement of vibration severity for large machines. An experiment for high speed dynamic balance of a overhauled N102JHP turbine rotor is satisfactorily finished, the balance effect is very ideal. The experiment results show that high speed dynamic balance is an effective method to reduce vibration of turbine rotor.
