摘要
提出用时域分析和小波多分辨率分解相结合的方法以提取电能扰动信号的特征,建立扰动特征矢量,并结合可扩展的规则基专家系统来识别电能扰动信号的类型。该方法可以用于电力系统扰动的实时监测。仿真分析验证了该方法的有效性。
A method to extract the features of power quality disturbance signals and to establish the disturbance feature vectors is proposed by use of wavelet multi-resolution decomposition which integrates frequency-domain analysis with time-domain analysis. Using this method and combining the expandable rule-based expert system, the types of power quality disturbance signals can be identified. The proposed method can be applied to real-time monitoring of power system disturbances. The simulation results prove that this method is effective.
