摘要
介绍了一种新型的三电极表面放电型等离子体的驱动方法,与传统驱动方法相比较,可以减少所用电源的个数,降低所需电源的电压。
A new method for driving three-electode surface discharge plasma is introduced. Compared to traditional driving methods, the number of power supplies is reduced and the required power supply voltage is lowered.
