为解决哈尔滨第三发电厂 4号机低压缸组合安装中平面度超差问题 ,在总结 3号机组安装的经验基础上 ,采取了有效的技术措施和质量控制措施 。
In order to control the flatness deviation to the acceptable level for the low-pressure cylinder assembly of the steam turbine 4 in The Harbin Third Power Plant, the experience obtained from the assembly of steam turbine 3 is applied. In combination with the traditional technology and quality control in the assembly, the result shows that the practice is successful.
