简述当前配电系统的现状。在对各种配电自动化模式进行比较和分析的基础上 ,提出用整体规划、分步实施的思路建设配电自动化系统。对实施过程中所采取的步骤和策略进行了探讨 ,并提出充分利用现有系统 ,提高工程经济性的观点。

The current situation of distribution system automation is briefly introduced first. Based on the comparison and analysis of the alternative modes for distribution system automation, a viewpoint of overall planning and separate implementation is presented for the system. The approach and strategy of the system construction are discussed. It is pointed out that the full utilization of the existent system benefits for the reduction of the investment in the construction of the distribution system automation.
