摘要
介绍了燃烧合成涂层技术制备内衬陶瓷复合弯头的工艺原理 ,在此基础上 ,以铝粉、氧化铁粉和SiO2 粉为原料 ,研制了内衬陶瓷涂层复合弯头。实验表明 :该陶瓷涂层由α Al2 O3 、FeO·Al2 O3 和 3Al2 O3 ·2SiO2 组成 ;添加SiO2 能有效地提高该涂层在涂敷过程中Al2 O3 、Fe熔体的流动性 ,使其凝固、结晶过程得到控制 ,有助于减少陶瓷涂层的孔隙 ,提高致密度。现场应用试验表明 ,该陶瓷涂层具有较好的耐磨性能 。
The principle of combustion synthesis coating technology and the fabricating pro cess of ceramic coating-lined elbow were presented,on the basis of it, the cera mic coating-metal composite steel elbow is fabricated with Al powder,Fe 2 O 3 powder and SiO 2 powder.The results show that the ceramic coating c onsists of α-Al 2 O 3 ,FeO· Al 2 O 3 and 3Al 2 O 3 · 2SiO 2 ,and the SiO 2 powder can improve the flowability of Al 2 O 3 and Fe melts during coating, control the solidifying and crystallizing process of ceramic coating and help to reduce pores and holes and increase th e density of the coating.The application test result shows that the synthesized coating has high abrasion resistance and can increase the service life of the st eel composite elbow markedly.
