摘要
桥梁建设的过程中存在各种风险,充分预料各种风险,合理确定风险管理机制,划分责任,完善合同,适当转移风险,是管好项目的前提。以钱江四桥为例,探讨了风险管理和保险在桥梁工程中的应用。
There may be various risks in a major bridge construction, to adequately predict the risks, reasonably determine the risk management mechanism, share the duty, perfect the contracts and properly pass the risks are the premises to achieve a better management of a project. With reference to the example of the 4th Qiantangjiang River Bridge Project, the specific applications of risk management and insurance to the major bridge project are studied.
