耐万古霉素肠球菌基因分型及耐药机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来肠球菌的耐药性呈上升趋势,已引起越来越多的临床医生和微生物学家的重视。目前,肠球菌对抗生素的敏感性以糖肽类最高,但20世纪90年代以来,国内、外均报道了耐万古霉素的肠球菌。耐药菌株的增多给临床治疗带来了较大困难,因此,对耐万古霉素肠球菌耐药机制的探讨尤为重要。基于对万古霉素和替考拉宁的耐药水平、诱导性及转移性的不同,对糖肽类抗生素耐药的肠球菌已报道5类为获得性耐药肠球菌,1类为固有耐药肠球菌。本文就耐万古霉素肠球菌的基因分型与耐药机制的研究进展作一综述。
