天麻钩藤饮加减对肾素依赖型血液透析患者血浆肾素的影响

Effects of Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin with Addition and Subtraction on the Plasma Renin levels in Patients of Renin Dependent Hemodialysis

【目的】探讨肾素依赖型血液透析患者 ,口服天麻钩藤饮加减煎剂后血浆肾素水平的变化。【方法】将 32例肾素依赖型血液透析患者分为对照组和治疗组 ,治疗组口服天麻钩藤饮加减煎剂 ,对照组口服色素水液加心痛定 ,观察两组患者服药前后血浆肾素水平变化。【结果】治疗组血浆肾素水平服药后为 (0 .30± 0 .0 8)nmol/L ,较服药前 (0 .5 6± 0 .2 3)nmol/L明显下降 ,且差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而对照组血浆肾素治疗后水平 (0 .4 4± 0 .12 )nmol/L与治疗前 (0 .5 4± 0 .17)nmol/L相比无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。【结论】口服天麻钩藤饮加减煎剂可有效地降低肾素依赖型血液透析患者血浆肾素水平。

Objectives]To investigate the change of plasma renin levels after Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin with addition and subtraction per os in patients of renin dependent hemodialysis(RDH).Thirty-two RDH patients were divided into two groups:①Treated group, Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin with addition and subtraction was given per os;②Control group, the colored liquid plus nifedipine tablets was taken orally. The changes of plasma rennin levels in both groups before and after drug administration were observed and compared. In the treated group, the plasma renin levels after taking medicine (0.30 ± 0.08 nmol/L) decreased significantly as compared with those before treatment (0.56 ± 0.23 nmol/L)(P<0.05); but no obvious difference of plasma renin levels in the control group was shown before and after taking medicine (0.44 ± 0.12 nmol/L vs. 0.54 ± 0.17 nmol/L)(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin with addition and subtraction per os can effectively lower the plasma renin levels in RDH patients.
