Research of quick drying equipment for organic wastes

在分析畜禽废物处理系统的构成及目标的基础上,介绍了有机废物制作有机肥的过程,好氧处理技术的系统的组成、工作原理及方法。提出快速烘干设备的必要性,研究了利用热风烘干方式的有机物料快速烘干技术,设计了快速烘干成套设备,实践表明,快速烘干设备有较好的实用性和经济效益。

Based on the analysis of the composition and the target of a livestock waste disposal system , the course of producing organic fertilizers with livestock manure , the system constitution of good oxygen disposal techniques and its functioning principles and methods are introduced . The necessity of quick drying equipment is put foreword. The quick drying technology of organic wastes using the hot wind drying technique is studied; and the quick drying set equipment is designed. Practice shows that the quick drying equipment is practically applicable and bears good economic benefits.
