气管病变行手术切除治疗存在超限切除后直接吻合困难等问题,人工气管作为替代物以重建气道是解决这一问题的有效方法。寻求理想的人工气管则成了国内外研究的重点,近年来的实验研究在人工气管的材料选用,吻合技术等方面取得了很大进展,为临床应用提供了广阔前景。

It is difficult to perform an primary anastomosis when a pathological trachea is over-lengnth resected. Thus the tracheal prosthesis is required to apply in the airway reconstruction.
