摘要
目的 了解医学生对现行预防医学教学方法的态度,探讨医学教学改革方法。方法 采用定性调查方法,发现与教学有关的问题,寻求解决的办法。结果 学生参与访谈的积极性高,90%的学生认为需要改革现行的教学方法以及预防医学实习对巩固所学理论知识是必要的;对推广以问题为中心的教学方法,学生的态度多元化,而对其它问题则显得单一化;两组30%学生没有牢固树立“预防为主”的观念。结论 学生的主动性、创造性得不到充分发挥,理论教学脱离实际。因此,有必要推广以问题为中心的教学方法,建立良好的教学实习基地。
Objective To investigate the medical undergraduates' attitude to the instructional methods of preventive medicine and to make some modification. Methods Qualitative survey was conducted to tackle problems of the existing teaching situation and to explore a new instructing approach. Results Undergraduates were very active in investigation, 90% of this undergraduates considered it is necessary to reform the present teaching methods of preventive medicine and to exercise practice. Their opinions to problem-based learning (PBL) were multiple; however, their opinion to other questions was single; 30% of the undergraduates from two groups had no firm senses of importance of prevention in medicine. Conclusion At present, passive instillation-based teaching methods were extensively used. The initiative and creativeness of undergraduates have not brought into full play. So modification should be carried out to improve the connection between theoretical instruction and clinic practice. It is important to popularize problem-based learning and to establish bases of practice in order to improve preventive medicine education.
