本文通过工程实践,对如何保障城域有线电视网络的安全、提高运行质量采取主动监控,以“技防取代人防”的城域有线电视网络监控管理方式进行了探讨与分析,并对城域有线电视网络监控平台的结构设计与功能运用进行了描述。

Made are an approach to and an analysis of how to assure security of the metropolitan area CATV network, how to improve its operation conditions and how to adopt a monitoring and managing mode in which an active monitoring,i.e.technical protection instead of human one is used. And the structure design and the function analysis of the monitoring platform are described for this network.
