藤茶不同采收时期及不同部位的总黄酮考察

An Investigation on the Content Distribution of Total Flavonoids in Various Parts of Ampelopsis Grossedentala Collected in Different Seasons

目的对不同产地不同采收期藤茶的叶、茎中的总黄酮进行含量测定。方法采用差示分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果 5月份藤茶叶中总黄酮含量最高 ,为 41 .2 %～ 45 .3 %,叶中含量高于茎中 3～ 4倍。

Objective To investigate the content distribution of total flavonoids in various parts of Ampelopsis grossedentala collected in different seasons for a comparative analysis. Methods Differential spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids at the wavelength of 318 nm.Results The content of total flavonoids was the highest in Ampelopsis grossedentala collected in May,reaching at the ratio of 41.2%～45.3%.Furthermore, the content of this component in the leaves of plant was 3～4 times that of stem.Conclusion The content of total flavonoids is changeable in various parts of Ampelopsis grossedentala collected in different seasons,with the highest content distribution in the leaves of this plant collected in May.
