摘要
迷宫式生物载体分离器是研究开发的好氧生物流化复合反应器中的一个重要组成部分。该载体分离器能有效的进行固、液、气的三相分离 ,保证整个反应器正常运行。载体分离器的分离效果受结构因素和运行参数的影响 ,研究结果表明 :载体分离器在整个反应器中的安装位置和载体分离器三层反射锥之间的距离都存在最佳值 ;分离器分离效果随供气量的变化存在临界值。设计的好氧生物流化复合反应器处理污水时 ,所需的供气量在临界值之下 ,因此分离器能达到 10 0
Maze type bio-carrier separator is an important part of the new aerated biological fluidized reactor.This bio-carrier separator can effectively separate carrier,liquid and gas to ensure normal running of the reactor.Separated effect of the bio-carrier separator is affected by structural factors and running parameters.Study results indicate:both the position of the separator in the reactor and distance between two layers reflection cones have optimum values.According to different air supply,there is a critical value to separated effect of separator.When treating wastewater with designed aerated biological fludized reactor,air supply needed is less than critical value,so the bio-carrier separator can reach to 100% separated effect.
