摘要
总结了我国第一个杉木种源种子园营建的关键技术,包括建园材料的选择和亲本配置、采穗圃的营建和管理、种子园园址的选择、穗条的采集、种子园嫁接和管理等技术,为加速杉木良种化和高世代育种进程奠定了物质和技术基础。
The key construction techniques of the first Chinese fir provenance orchard are summarized in this paper,including the parent material selecting and configuration for the orchard,the constructing and supervising for the cutting nursery,the selecting of orchard place,the collecting of cuttings and grafting for the orchard, etc. This study will lay a good substantial and technical groundwork for the improved seed strains and high generation breeding progress.
