摘要
分析近3a退耕还林工程建设现状及存在问题。在深化对退耕还林工程建设认识的基础上,提出实施这一重大工程应采取的对策以及技术措施。
The present situation and existing problems on returning farmland to forests in Shangrao city this 3 years are analyzed. Based on deepening the understanding of the project, the methods to carry out the important project better are proposed.
