胃癌的中医辨治探析

An Exploration on TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment for Carcinoma of Stomach

胃癌多为本虚标实之证,脾胃虚弱贯穿于胃癌的各个阶段。中医药治疗胃癌,在辨证论治基础上,健脾治疗宜贯彻始终;根据不同阶段的表现,权衡病情之轻重,采取不同的措施,补宜轻补,攻忌猛攻;善用成药,方便有效。

TCM considered that carcinoma of stomach is mostly belonged to the syndrome of deficiency in secondary aspect and ex- cess in primary aspect, and hypofunction of spleen and stomach ex- ists throughout its various stages. Although its treatment should base on the syndrome differentiation, but the therapy of strengthening the spleen should be applied throughout the whole course. Various mea- sures should be employed according to the clinical manifestations of different stages and the severity of illness. Tonfying remedy should be mild, potent offensive remedy be avoided and patent Chinese drugs by used correspondingly.
