摘要
研究了以BTCA为交联剂的纯棉针织物的免烫整理工艺,制定了较为合理的免烫整理工艺流程,通过正交试验设计,分别对交联剂、催化剂、柔软剂等三项因素进行了三因子、三水平试验,得出了纯棉针织物的最佳免烫工艺为:BTCA为65g/L,SHP为75g/L,柔软剂为60g/L。
This paper studied the no-iron finishing technology in which BTCA was used as crosslinking agent, and a reasonabletechnological process was put forward. Orthogonal experiments were carried out on crosslinking agent, catalyst andsoftening agent using three factors and three levels. The best no-iron finishing technology is: BTCA 65 g/L, SHP 75 g/L andsoftening agent 60 g/L.
