车速决定线形,线形影响车速.线形是公路的骨架,尤其是对高速公路而言,其设计质量的好坏将直接影响工程造价及运营阶段的使用质量;运行车速则是对线形设计效果最直接的反应,故用其来检验及评价线形设计具有一定的可靠性.对天津地区高等级公路进行了实地观测,统计分析出高等级公路上运行车速与线形的相关关系,并结合类似相关研究成果,发现车速对线形的敏感性具有一定适用范围,即车速作为线形评价的核心参数是有一定适用范围的.

Speed decides linearis, and linearis affects speed. Linearis is considered as the framework of highway specially for expressway, and it's designing quality directly impacts the project cost and the using quality in operating phase. Operating speed can directly reflect the designing effect of linearis, and it can be applied to examine and appraise linearis with reliability. The thesis observes operating speed on high-grade highway on spots, statistics and analyes the relativity of operating speed and linearis. It is found that speed issensitive to linearis in certain range, and operating speed only serves as key appraising parameter of linearis in certain scope.
